Nicolas Gaulin is a Master’s student at Wageningen University and Research (Netherlands), studying Environmental Sciences with a focus on Environmental Policy. His research focuses on supply-side fossil fuel cuts, developing the first global database of initiatives to constrain fossil fuel production. He was previously the Executive Coordinator of the BCCIC Climate Change Branch, a Vancouver-based youth climate advocacy organisation promoting SDG 13 and intergenerational equity. He is also involved with the Loss & Damage Youth Coalition. He would one day like to work on Arctic issues, preferably from there.
