Saffron O’Neill is Professor in Climate and Society in the Geography department at Exeter University, UK. Her research focuses on climate change communication and public engagement, with a specialism in visual climate communication. She supervises an interdisciplinary group of PhD students working on climate communication.
Prof. O’Neill is Co-Director of the Centre for Climate Communication and Data Science (C3DS) and also Co-Director of the Advancing Capacity for Climate and Environment Social Science (ACCESS) network. She currently holds a Leverhulme Research Fellowship titled ‘The Visual Life of Climate Change’.
