Fedor A. Dokshin is an Assistant Professor of Sociology at the University of Toronto, where he is Faculty Affiliate with the Centre for Global Social Policy, Climate Positive Energy, and the Data Sciences Institute. His primary line of research examines the politics on both sides of the energy transition: the public responses to fossil fuel industries and the politics of emerging sustainable technologies and industries. Another line of research centers energy justice, focusing especially on the unequal distribution of environmental risks and benefits associated with the energy transition. His published work appears in many leading journals, including Nature Sustainability, Nature Energy, Nature Human Behaviour, American Sociological Review, Environmental Politics, and Energy Research & Social Science.
