Ayorinde Ogunyiola is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science and Sociology at Murray State University. His research examines how emerging socio-technical systems, ranging from digital agriculture and AI-driven decision tools to energy infrastructure, interact with climate risk, governance, and economic forces to shape behavior and inequality across scales. Drawing on interdisciplinary approaches from economics, sociology, and science and technology studies, his work focuses on technology adoption, risk perception, and institutional dynamics in agricultural, energy and economic systems.
