Blessing Kure is an award-winning Multimedia Storyteller, Producer and Voice Artist who tirelessly works to leave the world better than she met it, one well-narrated story at a time.

Leveraging audio-visual storytelling, she pursues her passion for creating new narratives that drive sustainable development while also travel vlogging to showcase the inherent beauty in diversity. These strides have seen her partner with global stakeholders in different capacities.

Blessing was recently awarded a First Class Honours for an MA in Journalism and Public Relations from Griffith College Dublin. Her dissertation research focus was on Culture shock and migration.

She also produced and directed a video documentary, ‘A Desert at their doorstep’ as part of CNN Academy’s climate storytelling programme, which featured on CNN World.

In 2022, she was awarded ‘Outstanding Spoken Word Performance’ by the Society of Voice Arts and Sciences (SOVAS) New York and ‘Best Documentary Narration’ by the African Podcast & Voice Awards (APVA). Her project with The Alliance for International Medical Action (ALIMA) was nominated in the ‘Storytelling category’ at the 7th Annual Shorty Impact Awards and won the 8th Annual Shorty Impact Awards.

Over the years, she also served as Videos for Change Global Ambassador, a Judge for Rockefeller Foundation’s Youth Voice Awards, a Global Youth Partner with Wellbeing Women Africa, a Scholarship recipient for European Forum Alpbach, a Member of the FoodXFilm Festival’s Advisory Council, an Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Leadership Mentee and board member on Africa Alpbach Network.
