Igor Shishlov

Igor Shishlov is the Head of Climate Finance at Perspectives Climate Research, a German climate policy think-tank. Igor leads a team of experts working on advisory and research projects focused on aligning public and private finance flows with the Paris Agreement. Before joining Perspectives, Igor worked for I4CE – Institute for Climate Economics, a Paris-based think-tank, where he conducted original research on international climate policies and carbon accounting. Igor is also the Executive Director of the Climate and Business Certificate program at HEC Paris, where he has been teaching Climate Change Economics and Policy since 2016. Igor holds a PhD in Environmental Economics from Paris-Saclay University, an MSc in Sustainable Development from HEC Paris.
