Indra Overland is Research Professor and Head of the Center for Energy Research at the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs (NUPI). He completed his PhD at the University of Cambridge and has been Associate Professor II at the University of Tromsø, Professor II at the Nord University, and Senior Advisor at the Nordic Research Board (NordForsk). Indra works on the international politics of energy and climate and has special competence on the FSU and ASEAN.
