Juanita von Rothkirch is a PhD candidate at the TdLab of the Faculty of Environmental Sciences at ETH Zurich. Her research explores how discourses and policy developments are shaping the future of carbon dioxide removal in Swiss emissions. She holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from the Universidad de los Andes, Colombia, and a master’s degree in environmental sciences from the ETH Zurich. Her interests lie in how critical social sciences and transdisciplinary approaches can help understand environmental problems and navigate towards their solution.
