Juniper Katz is an Assistant Professor of Public Policy at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and Climate Policy Fellow at the Roosevelt Institute. Her primary areas of research include environmental policy with a focus on land use, conservation, policy process, and renewable energy. Her experience as an executive director of a conservation organization informs her teaching in policy analysis, program evaluation, and the politics of the policy process.
