Laura Kuhl is an assistant professor in the School of Public Policy and Urban Affairs and the International Affairs program at Northeastern University. Her research focuses on adaptation and resilience policy in developing countries, with a focus on adaptation finance, innovation and transformational change. She has conducted fieldwork in Latin America, the Caribbean and East Africa.
