Nora Abercrombie is a Canadian professional with a background in literary criticism and writing, and is currently pursuing doctoral studies in social justice policy. She has worked as a literary critic and published reviews focusing on feminism, Canadian literature, and culture. She has collaborated on creative projects, including several produced short screenplays and winning the 1985 Three-Day Novel Contest. She is currently a senior public servant serving as Director of Governance and Corporate Services for the Oil Sands Monitoring Program, which monitors the cumulative impact of development on the environment in the Canadian oil sands.
