Pamela A. Jordan is an associate professor of politics and global affairs at Southern New Hampshire University. Her current research project focuses on U.S.-Canadian water stewardship as it pertains to binational initiatives to mitigate the effects of climate change on water quality in the Great Lakes Basin and in the Gulf of Maine. Her article, “Hands Across the Water: Climate Change and Binational Cooperation in the Great Lakes Basin,” was published in Climatic Change in August 2020.
