Paul G. Harris is the Chair Professor of Global and Environmental Studies at the Education University of Hong Kong and a Senior Research Fellow in the Earth System Governance global research alliance. He conducts research on global and environmental politics, policy and justice. Most of his work focuses on climate change, including the international governance of climate change, climate ethics and justice, the politics and foreign policy of climate change, and American and Chinese climate change policies. He is associate editor of the Journal of Environmental Studies and Sciences, section editor of PLOS Climate, a member of the editorial boards of Diplomacy and Statecraft, Environmental Humanities, and Global Change, Peace and Security. His authored books include International Equity and Global Environmental Politics (Routledge/Ashgate), World Ethics and Climate Change (Edinburgh University Press), Environmental Policy and Sustainable Development in China (Bristol University Press/Policy Press), What’s Wrong with Climate Politics and How to Fix It (Polity), Global Ethics and Climate Change (Edinburgh University Press) and Pathologies of Climate Governance (Cambridge University Press).
