Dr.Sajjad Ali holds PhD degree in Communication Studies with specialization in Digital, media, information & AI literacy, Journalists Saftey in war, voilence & crisis situtation. He completed his PhD in 2019 from Institute of Communication Studies, University of Malakand, Lahore, Pakistan. Dr.Sajjad Ali has almost 16 years of experience in practical journalism and teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate level. He is working as Assistant Professor on Tenure Track basis in the Department of Journalism & Mass Communication, University of Malakand, Pakistan from January, 20, 2020. He is the author of 87 research papers in different national and international peer reviewed journals and contributed 3 chapters in media related books. He particpapted in 89 conferences, workshops, seminars and traninging and supervised more than 50 students of graudte and undergraduate degree programs in research and internship projects. He has also worked as referee for different national and international reputable journals for evaluation of manuscripts. He is also working as editorail and advisory borad member with different national and international peer reviewed journals. He has been recognized as an approved supervisor in Social Sciences by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan and University of Malakand.
