Ted Hamilton is an Assistant Professor of English at Bucknell University and an attorney with Climate Defense Project. His research focuses on the intersections of environmental law, literature, and left politics in the United States and Latin America. He is the author of Beyond Fossil Law: Climate, Courts, and the Fight for a Sustainable Future (OR Books, 2022), and has published articles in American Literature, Law and Literature, Stanford Environmental Law Journal, Vermont Journal of Environmental Law, and elsewhere.
